What is Psychotherapy?

Therapy is a collaborative process of uncovering, embracing, adapting, and making the changes you are willing to make in order to better yourself. Sometimes we are unaware of complexes that occur within us. I welcome you to express any feelings that come up with us during session, as this may help us uncover what may be happening in your inner and outer world.

Medications

While medication can be helpful at times, it is not necessary for all conditions. It's important to provide you with education and a customized plan you are comfortable with.

Treatment

Treatment is individualized and the length of time can vary. I welcome any issue you would like to improve. All psychiatric conditions are welcomed, including personality disorders.
